To get the best price we will need to display the property and show off the best features.  Don’t worry we will do it for you and advise you on how to present the house to achieve the best price.

We can complete the sale quickly, normally within 7-8 weeks but we have done it a lot quicker!  Just let us know how quickly you want to sell.

Every property sale needs an EPC but don’t worry we’ve got you covered.  We can sort that out for you.  

Once we have agreed a sale we won’t need to do anymore viewings.

‘Conveyancing’ is the legal work that transfers your home to the buyer.  You will need a solicitor to make it happen. My Property Auction can introduce you to a solicitor that we’ve worked with before. We have a no sale, no fee conveyancing service. 

The contract will specify the completion day, and usually the buyer will be asked to collect the keys to their new home from the estate agent. In most cases the seller is asked to vacate the property by 12pm.

You are not required to leave any furniture or furnishings in the property, but you may agree to include some as part of the negotiations of the sale.
